What Determines the Possibility of Medical Malpractice?

Question Mark SignWhat constitutes medical malpractice? In simple terms medical malpractice is when a doctor does something that he should not do or doesn't do something he should do which results in injury to the patient. There are many different types of errors that a doctor can commit that does amount of medical malpractice. It could be as simple as failing to order the proper test or failure to follow up on an abnormal test which results in a delay in diagnosis of a disease or perhaps cancer.

In simple terms, medical negligence is simply when a doctor fails to do what he or she should do in a given setting based on their training and experience.

I suggest if you suspect that your doctor has committed malpractice, that you contact an experienced medical malpractice attorney to discuss the circumstances of your case and then he can advise you whether or not he believes that a doctor has committed malpractice.

My experience with Attorney Brad Corsiglia during my recent medical malpractice case was nothing short of amazing given the very stressful circumstances. I was fortunate to find Brad highly recommended from a mutual contact and from the very beginning of the process, Brad was truly engaged and knowledgeable in understanding my case and providing input on what avenues were available to me.
